The institute's recruitment policies and procedures ensure the appointments of instructors of the highest standards with appropriate qualification and experience.

Gooyesh institute is committed to providing the highest levels of training services for its staff and tries its best to keep them up to date all the time.

To be one of us the applicant must go through the following stages:
1. Filling out the downloaded application form and send it to the head office.

2. After receiving the completed application form, the applicant will be invited for a written proficiency test.

3. If the applicant gets the required score, he/ she will be invited for an interview.

4. After passing the interview, the applicant must attend the ITC (instructor training course) which is usually held from 40 to 50 sessions.

5. After the ITC, the applicant must a demonstration (teach a grammar point, a dialog, vocabulary or a reading passage).

6. If the performance is acceptable,the applicant will be offered some classes.
