All applicants must go through the following procedures in order to register for a course in the Gooyesh education system.

The following documents must accompany a completed and signed application form for new students.
a. A copy of identification/national card
b. 2 recently-taken 3 x 4 photos
c. Tuition fee paid to the bank

Previous students should have the institute ID card and a bank receipt of the tuition fee to register for a course

After submitting the documents, each new applicant must take part in a placement test on a due date. The placement test includes a written test , and a following interview. After doing these two test phases, the applicant will be assigned to a particular course (level) based on his/her proficiency in English in the placement test. After taking the course, the office provides him/her with a receipt, which contains information about the course (when to start and end, how often the course is held a week, the time of the class). At the back of the receipt , the applicant finds some of the rules and regulations of the institute to be considered and observed in the institute.

There would be a written and oral mid term and final test. Each student can pass a course with a score of 75 out of 100.
